Mihail Kolev is an experienced industrial engineer currently working at BHTC GmbH since September 2025. Previously, Mihail served as the Automation Team Lead at ENABL A/S from August 2023 to July 2025 and held the positions of Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer at VPU from August 2019 to August 2023. Prior to this, Mihail worked as a Project & Commissioning Engineer for the Valmet Project Division at Start Engineering JSCo. from April 2015 to August 2019 and gained experience as an Automation Engineer at Kasi Automation from July 2013 to April 2015. Mihail holds a Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering with a focus on Siemens PLC from the Technical University of Varna, earned between 2012 and 2014, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2012.
