Rick Cassidy

Rick Cassidy has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as President and General Manager at Behr-Hella Thermocontrol since January 2022, where leadership responsibilities include overseeing vehicle display and climate control systems. Prior roles include Americas Vice President of Sales & Projects at GRAMMER Americas, and Director of North American Engineering and Program Management at Grammer AG, with a focus on product engineering and program management. Cassidy has also held positions at Magna Exteriors and Interiors, Lear Corporation, and General Motors, contributing to significant projects such as the Chrysler Active Headrest Program and the Cadillac SRX Sliding Armrest Program. Education includes a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lake Superior State University.
