Ana Carolina Pêgo

Ana Carolina Pêgo has extensive experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Ana Carolina is currently working at BHub as an HRBP | Talent Acquisition Lead, where they serve as a technical reference in behavioral assessment in the selection process. Ana Carolina is responsible for designing the recruitment process and building a candidate-centric experience. Additionally, Ana is involved in developing SLAs and analyzing internal needs, as well as tracking hiring metrics and creating reports. Ana Carolina is also involved in implementing an ERP system in collaboration with the tech team and is responsible for training stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.

Prior to their current role, Ana worked as a Recruiter Specialist at QuintoAndar and as a Recruiter at Fundação Estudar, where they were involved in various projects related to candidate evaluation and screening.

Ana also has experience as a Founder at ACCPBOTAFOGO and as a Recruiter at Legisla Brasil, Ensina Brasil, Instituto Ismart, Vetor Brasil, República.org, and Gypsum - Etex Brasil. In these roles, they were responsible for various recruitment activities, including talent acquisition and selection, creating and implementing development plans, and revising competence matrices.

Ana Carolina Pêgo has a diverse education history. Ana Carolina completed their Postgraduate Degree in Leadership and People Development (MBA) at Ibmec in 2023. Prior to that, they studied Human Resources at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2013 to 2014 and Psychology with a specialization in Organizational and Occupational Psychology at Centro Universitário IBMR from 2009 to 2013. Ana Carolina also pursued a Secondary School education at Sistema Elite de Ensino from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in 2022 and received certifications in PM4R from Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento in 2018 and as a DISC Consultant from ETALENT in 2013.
