Amber McMahon has over a decade of experience in operations management and victim advocacy. Currently serving as the Southeast Regional Operations Manager at BI Incorporated since 2017, McMahon oversees the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) contract for the Department of Homeland Security. Previously held positions at the same company include Program Manager and Case Specialist. Earlier career experience includes advocating for victims of sexual violence with Victim Witness Services for Coconino County, where McMahon provided court advocacy, crisis response, and trained volunteers and interns. McMahon also worked at Northern Arizona University as a Shift Manager. Academically, McMahon holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminal Justice and Philosophy from Northern Arizona University, as well as completing an Accelerated Management Program at Yale University.
