Arthur (Art) Newsome has over 40 years of work experience in various software development roles. Arthur (Art) has expertise in relational database management systems (DBMS), application programming, and system design. Art has worked for multiple companies, including BI Incorporated, Alltel Telecommunications, Cellular Technical Services, AGS Genasys, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and McGrow-Pridgeon Technical Services. Throughout their career, they have taken on roles such as Principal Enterprise Architect, Principal Software Solutions Architect, Senior Application Architect, Director of Data Architecture, and Senior Software Engineer. Art has experience in developing a range of systems and applications, including offender monitoring systems, case management systems, billing systems, and touring systems.
