Aysha Chaudhary

Aysha Chaudhary is an experienced Program Manager at The GEO Group, Inc. since March 2014, responsible for implementing the principles of ‘What Works’ in program management and directing the development and execution of a Cognitive Behavioral Treatment program. Additionally, Aysha has held various roles at BI Incorporated since February 2009, including Education/Employment Coordinator, overseeing Re-Entry Center employment training, job development programs, and providing education guidance to clients, while utilizing evidence-based practices. Formerly, as a Client Services Specialist and Behavior Change Manager, Aysha assessed and counseled high-risk offenders and administered individual cognitive behavioral therapy services.
