Alicia Myles-Wartts, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in June 2022. In February 2022, they also earned the Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management certification from HRCI. Alicia Myles-Wartts obtained the edX Verified Certificate for Foundations for Excellence in Teaching Online from edX in May 2021.
