Alicia Myles-Wartts, SPHR, has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Alicia is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Bi-State Development, where they are responsible for executing a company-wide approach to learning and development and driving the implementation of the business strategy. Prior to this, Alicia worked as the Manager of Training & Development at True Manufacturing from 2017 to 2022. In this role, they focused on training and development initiatives to support the company's objectives. Before that, they held the position of Manager of Talent Development (Sr. Learning & Talent Partner) at Together Credit Union from 2015 to 2017, where they proposed and implemented training programs to align with the organization's strategic initiatives. Alicia also has experience as a Trainer and Computer Specialist at St. Louis County Library from 2012 to 2015 and as a Teaching Assistant at Maplewood-Richmond Hgts. High School from 2009 to 2012. Alicia has held leadership positions as well, including Director of Training | Organizational Development at the American Heart Association from 2006 to 2009 and Human Resources Supervisor at Enterprise Holdings from 1995 to 2006. Overall, Alicia brings a wealth of experience in learning and development, training programs, and talent development to their current role.
Alicia Myles-Wartts, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in June 2022. In February 2022, they also earned the Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management certification from HRCI. Alicia Myles-Wartts obtained the edX Verified Certificate for Foundations for Excellence in Teaching Online from edX in May 2021. Additionally, they hold a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification from the American Red Cross, which they obtained in September 2020.

St. Louis Regional Freightway: The St. Louis Regional Freightway was established with the mission of optimizing the St. Louis region’s network of freight transportation infrastructure and advancing the bi-state area’s position as a premier freight gateway and multimodal hub. The Freightway plays a critical role in the growth of the region’s manufacturing and distribution sector.
