Gregory Linhares is currently the Chief Legal Counsel for Bi-State Development, a role they commenced in 2023. Prior to this, they served as Clerk of Court for the US District Court - Eastern District of Missouri from 2014 to 2023 and as State Courts Administrator for the Supreme Court of Missouri from 2008 to 2014. Gregory earned a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1998 and a B.A. in History from Truman State University in 1994.
