Holly Engelhardt is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Bi-State Development since April 2020, having previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this, Holly worked as a Human Resources Administrator for the Special School District of St. Louis County, where responsibilities included managing vacancy data and employee onboarding processes. Holly's experience also encompasses roles as an Administrative Assistant at Bi-State Development Agency/Metro and Colorado Christian University, and as a Senior Teller/Lead Representative at FirstBank. Holly holds a degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources from Colorado Christian University.
