Rick Woemmel

Rick is the founder and President of Bi-State Pool & Spa. The company started out of a bedroom / office in his first house in 1994. Rick is involved in many organizations and is a past President of the PHTA.org St. Louis Chapter, Chair of the national Builders Council, and has served on many other committees. He is a Certified Building Professional, a Certified Service Professional of the year (2018) and a Certified Pool Operator Instructor. Rick has three kids, who he enjoys boating and fishing with, he is an inactive SCUBA instructor, has a passion for diving and is a terrible golfer.
