Nuno Faria

Nuno Faria is a skilled BI Consultant with extensive experience in enhancing business performance through the development of Business Intelligence solutions. Currently employed at BI4ALL since April 2023, Nuno focuses on creating actionable insights and improving data visualizations for client analysis. Previously, at Dixtior, contributions included promoting Data Governance best practices for a major insurance company and developing data models for a pharmaceutical client. Nuno's tenure at Noesis saw the optimization of internal processes and the management of customer surveys using ITIL best practices and Kanban methodology. Early research work at INOV involved improving ITIL adoption and selecting ITIL supporting tools, resulting in the presentation of a scientific paper at an international conference. Nuno holds a Master's Degree and a Licenciate Degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
