Esther Ayawa is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for BIA Group in Cameroon, Chad, and RCA since November 2017. In this role, Esther supports the full spectrum of human resources functions, focusing on policy development, staff hiring, compliance with laws, employee wellness, performance management, training program design, and grievance handling. Prior to this, Esther worked as a Recruitment Specialist at SGM from July 2009 to December 2010, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment cycle, utilizing social media for recruitment efforts, and collaborating with department heads on the effectiveness of recruitment plans. Esther's career began as a Human Resources Trainee, contributing to studies on benefits practices and employee satisfaction in the FMCG sector in Cameroon.
