Eva Herbots

Eva Herbots is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for Benelux at BIA Group since February 2019. In this role, Eva manages HR functions for six legal entities across Belgium and the Netherlands, overseeing a workforce of 270 employees and leading the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Previous positions include HR Business Partner at Econocom, where Eva supported HR management for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and held various specialist roles focusing on compensation and benefits. Early career experience includes the role of Human Resources Coordinator at i2 Technologies. Eva holds a Master of Translation degree from Thomas More Antwerpen and has furthered education at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
