Elena Barbisoni

Elena Barbisoni has extensive experience in payroll and human resources, currently serving as the Group Payroll & Reporting Manager at Bialetti Industrie since June 2015, after progressing through roles as Payroll Manager and HR-Payroll Specialist. Prior to this, Elena worked at Intelco Italia Informatica HR INNOVATION from January 2011 to June 2015, focusing on payroll administration and compliance with regulatory aspects for client companies. Beginning a career at DTR VMS Italy from December 2000 to December 2010, Elena managed payroll processes and contributed to labor cost data analysis and budget preparation. Educational background includes a degree in Economics and Management of Information and Communication from the Università degli Studi di Brescia, complemented by qualifications in business administration and management from Regione Lombardia and Ipssc P. Sraffa.
