Dale Mayes

Dale Mayes is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in engineering management and product development. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Biamp since February 2023, Mayes previously held leadership roles including Connectivity Lead at Fisher & Paykel Technologies and Director of Engineering at Ossia Inc., where strategic expansion of the engineering department was achieved. Other notable positions include Founding Member at Home Port Engineering LLC, Staff Applications Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor, and Global Manager for Network Devices & Smart Home Services at Whirlpool Corporation. Mayes began a career in engineering as a Computer Program Engineer at the Naval Weapons Support Center, after earning a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Evansville and an MBA in New Product Development from Keller Graduate School of Management.
