Jami Senger

Jami Senger has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in the field. Jami most recently held the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Biamp, a company specializing in audio hardware and software for the professional AV market. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Biamp from 2017 to 2021. Before joining Biamp, Jami worked at Mobile Technologies Inc. (MTI) as the Director of Human Resources from 2014 to 2017 and as the Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2014. Jami also has experience at GNSA, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist from 2004 to 2010 and as a Human Resources Assistant from 2003 to 2004. Jami's early career includes a role in human resources at Mercer Industries, Inc. from 2001 to 2003.

Jami Senger obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Linfield University between the years 1995 and 1999. Additionally, Jami acquired a certification in Human Resources from Portland State University. Jami also holds the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification, which was obtained from HRCI in December 2005. Furthermore, Jami has obtained another certification, PHR, from the HR Certification Institute.
