Lindsay Pope

Lindsay Pope has a diverse work experience in HR and talent acquisition. Lindsay currently holds the position of Director of HR and Global Talent Acquisition at Shure Incorporated, a role they started in January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Director of HR and Global Talent Acquisition and as the Senior Manager of HR and US Talent Acquisition at the same company. Before joining Shure Incorporated, Lindsay worked at Manpower as a Staffing Specialist, where they recruited talent, conducted interviews, and facilitated safety programs and training for employees. Throughout their career, Lindsay has demonstrated expertise in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and developing HR initiatives.

Lindsay Pope received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Illinois State University between 2002 and 2006. Lindsay also attended Glenbrook South for an unknown period of time. Additionally, they hold a PHR certification from the Society for Human Resources.
