Randy Lewis

Randy Lewis is a seasoned operations executive with a robust background in quality management and operational effectiveness, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Biamp since March 2024. Previously held positions include Director of Strategy and Operational Effectiveness at Collins, General Manager and Program Director, and Vice President of Quality at ESS, Inc. Additionally, Randy has led operations at CoorsTek, Inc. as Plant Manager and served in various executive roles at FLIR Systems, including VP and Portland General Manager. Earlier experience includes significant quality management positions at Precision Castparts and engineering roles at Intel Corporation and Air Products. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and certificates in executive management from the University of Michigan and Babson College.
