Carla S. Hudson

Carla S. Hudson, CPA, ABV is a partner in the Monterey office. Carla is a graduate of Monterey High School, Monterey Peninsula College, and San Jose State University. A CPA since 1977, Carla’s experience prior to Bianchi Kasavan & Pope, LLP (BKP) includes CFO of a national real estate operating company, an auditor with a national CPA firm; and, founding partner of a Monterey CPA firm which merged with BKP in 2007. Carla’s professional focus has been business entities and individual tax compliance and planning. Her auditing and corporate background provide a perspective from a business owner’s view. She has guided many successful businesses from start-up, through growth and succession. Her ability to solve problems is equal to her vast knowledge of taxation and accounting. Carla’s governance experience ranges from past president of the Boys & Girls Club to the director and treasurer of both private and publicly traded companies; as well as private foundations.
