Dave Scerri

Dave Scerri has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Dave is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Biarri since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer from October 2022 to February 2023 and as the CTO from August 2021 to October 2022 at the same company. Before joining Biarri, they worked at KangaTech as the CTO from November 2015 to July 2020. Additionally, they have had a significant tenure at Biarri as an Optimization Consultant from June 2012 to November 2015, where they applied complex mathematics to various industries, focusing on optimization and business process improvement. Dave has also worked as a researcher at RMIT University from 2009 to 2012 and at Carnegie Mellon University in 2010. Dave Scerri started their career as the founder of Teammach Software Ltd, a software startup where they served as the owner from September 2007 to September 2009, responsible for design, development, marketing, and business development of customized customer management software for the recruitment industry.

Dave Scerri attended RMIT University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
