Sara Kilburn

Sara Kilburn is currently the Chief Executive Officer at The Mark Group, Inc. Sara is also the President of the Board of Directors at BIASC Greater Sales & Marketing Council and the Founder of SCLG (Southern California Leads Group). Sara is a Lifetime Director of SMC San Diego at the Building Industry Association of San Diego and the Founder of The Bridge Corps at the California Homebuilding Foundation. With a background in design and sales, Sara has held various leadership positions in interior design companies such as Design Line Interiors, Ryan Young Interiors, and Artisan Design Group. Sara is dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment in the development, building, and construction industry to create opportunities for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
