Alexey Sergeev has a strong background in process analytics, with experience in various leadership roles. Alexey started their career at ICP ltd in 2004, where they served as the Head of Process Analytics department until 2008. Alexey then joined ABB in 2008, initially as a Project leader for Process analytics, before later becoming the Team leader for process analytics. In these roles, they were responsible for leading process analytics and instrumentation sales, building relationships with key technical specialists, and promoting new products and solutions. In 2023, they joined SIBUR as the Chief Expert for Process Analyzers.
Alexey Sergeev has an extensive education history. From 1998 to 2002, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Colloidal Chemistry and Physicochemical Mechanics at the Shubnikov Institute of Crystallography of the Russian Academy of Science. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1998, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Polymer Chemistry from the Lomonosov Moscow State Academy of Fine Chemical Technology (MITHT). In addition, they achieved an Engineer's degree in Chemistry and Technology with a specialization in the synthesis of high-molecular compounds from the Moscow Academy of Fine Chemical Technology named after M.V. Lomonosov from 1996 to 1998. Finally, from 1992 to 1996, they earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Lomonosov Moscow State Academy of Fine Chemical Technology (MITHT) in Chemical Technology as part of the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
