Maxim Solovov

Maxim Solovov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maxim began their career in 2006 as a Progect Manager at CJSC "GEK RUS". From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Project Manager at "YUGRA GEO" LLC, where they managed projects related to the oil and gas industry. In 2008, they also worked as a Representative in the Russian Federation for I.S.C.O. Ltd., conducting marketing research and facilitating meetings in the insurance market.

In 2011, Solovov briefly worked as an Assistant of WB Consultant at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies and as a Development Specialist - Administrator of a mixed-use district at UDAS Skolkovo, LLC. Maxim joined Chaucer Consulting in 2012 as a Consultant, where they managed cost optimization exercises and participated in a project management office for a major oil company's SAP implementation.

Solovov then moved on to Nord Gold N.V. in 2013, serving as a Project Manager. In this role, they oversaw corporate project implementation, managed a cost optimization program, and implemented various initiatives to improve operational efficiency across mines in Russia and Africa.

Since 2017, Solovov has been with SIBUR, starting as an Advisor of a member of the Executive Board and currently serving as the Head of Project Portfolio Management in Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales. In this position, they are responsible for managing the portfolio of projects in the company's supply chain, marketing, and sales divisions.

Maxim Solovov has a Master's Degree in Linguistics and Teaching from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), which they obtained between the years 2002 and 2007. During this time, they also completed an internship MA program in Global Business and Finance at Chung-Ang University in 2006. In addition, Maxim completed a Master's program in Teaching and Spanish at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca in 2006. Maxim holds a PhD in Methodology and Translation from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), which they also obtained between 2002 and 2007. Furthermore, Maxim has two MBA degrees in Strategic Management, one from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and the other from Kingston University, both obtained from 2008 to 2010. Maxim also holds a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma from the year 2015. Maxim has additional certifications including Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy and Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI Moscow Chapter, which they obtained in 2016.
