Svetlana Smirnova

Svetlana Smirnova is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Team Leader at SIBUR since December 2020. Prior to this role, Svetlana spent seven years as the Talent Acquisition Unit Head at Société Générale from April 2013 to March 2020. Svetlana's career in human resources began at Fiba Group, where the position of Human Resources Manager was held from November 2006 to March 2013. Svetlana holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Higher School of Economics.
