Viktor Pakhomov has extensive work experience, starting in 2006 as a Lead Lawyer at the law firm "Oniks Group" LLP. Viktor then worked as a Lawyer at ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Aktau from January 2010 to September 2013. Afterward, they joined JSC National Company KazMunayGas, where they served as the Manager of the Legal Department from September 2013 to August 2019. From September 2019 to August 2020, they worked as the Lead Contract Administrator at Eurasian Resources Group. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Contract Expert at SIBUR, starting in September 2020.
Viktor Pakhomov received a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law from Kislovodsk Humanitarian and Technical Institute in 2005 and later obtained a Master's degree in Civil Law from the same institute in 2006.
