Mihai Erhan

Mihai Erhan has extensive experience in legal advisory roles, having worked as a Legal Advisor for CA „Alliance Insurance Group” SA and CIA Asito, where representation of company interests in Moldovan courts and the preparation of legal documents were key responsibilities. In addition to freelancing as a Legal Advisor since March 2006, Mihai has held various positions including Warehouse staff at Bibby Distribution, Observer for OSCE's Trial Monitoring Programme, and Presenter at Fitness Radio Club. Mihai's academic background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in Criminal Justice and Corrections and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in the same field, both obtained from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova.
