Phil Tobin

Phil Tobin has extensive experience in the finance sector, having served in various leadership roles at Bibby Financial Services since June 2014, including MD Trade, Head of Operations for Construction, and Chief Risk Officer for EUA. Prior to this, Phil held the position of Area Director at Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance for a brief period in 2014 and served as Senior Client Manager at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance from 2005 to 2013. Phil's academic background includes a Bsoc.Sc in Economics from the University of Birmingham, complemented by education at The Manor School in Cheadle Hulme. Phil retired from the industry in January 2024, concluding a noteworthy career in financial services.
