Theo Chatha

Theo Chatha is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within financial services. Currently serving as Group CFO at Bibby Financial Services since September 2019, Theo oversees strategic direction and financial performance for a global business supporting over 10,000 SMEs across the UK and Europe. In addition, an interim role as Managing Director of Bibby Financial Services Nederland was held from January to October 2024. Previous positions include Bank Finance Director and various senior finance roles at Close Brothers, where responsibility included managing substantial loan books and driving financial strategy. Theo's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Imperial College London, a Master of Science in Management from Lancaster University, and participation in the Accelerated Talent Development Programme at Cranfield School of Management.
