Michele Gaughan

Michele Gaughan is an experienced professional in business systems and analysis, currently serving as the Business Systems Manager at biBerk Business Insurance since May 2020, following a progression through various roles including Business System Analyst Supervisor and Team Lead. Prior to this, Michele worked at MAXIMUS from January 2015 to May 2020 as a Business Analyst and Supervisor. Experience also includes a significant tenure at TMG Health from June 2006 to January 2015, where roles spanned from Business Analyst to Enrollment and Technical Team Supervisor.
