Eza Hazami

Eza Hazami has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2015, Eza had an internship at Dandiah Consultant followed by a position as a Staff Assistant at Unit Pelayanan Psikologi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Eza then returned to Dandiah Consultant as a Freelance HR Associate in 2016.

In 2017, Eza joined PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk as a Recruitment Officer, where they were responsible for monitoring and reviewing employee recruitment processes and implementing digital activation branding strategies on Linkedin. Eza's key achievements at PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk include improving recruitment standard operating procedures and developing a manpower planning program.

In 2018, Eza joined YouTube as a Content Creator, showcasing their creativity and multimedia skills. In 2021, Eza transitioned to the finance industry, starting as a Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist at Stockbit, a role they would later also hold at Bibit.id. Both companies aimed to increase financial literacy through optimal investment technology, providing equal opportunities for individuals to invest in their future.

Throughout Eza's career, they have gained experience in recruitment, employer branding, content creation, and HR consulting, demonstrating adaptability and a diverse skill set.

Eza Hazami obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Eza attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
