Nadia Noversega has an extensive work history. Nadia started their career as a Field Engineer Intern at Total in 2014. In 2016, they joined PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk as a Management Trainee and later became the R&D Construction Team Leader until 2019. After that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Docotel Group from 2019 to 2021. Following that, they held the role of Data Analyst at Ritase.com from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Business Intelligence professional at Bibit.id.

Nadia Noversega holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in various subjects. In March 2021, they completed the "Scrum: The Basics" course from LinkedIn. In March 2022, they completed the "BI Dashboards with Power BI Course" from Codecademy. Furthermore, in May 2022, they obtained the certification in "Statistics Foundations: The Basics" from LinkedIn.
