Naufalino Fadel Hutomo

Naufalino Fadel Hutomo has extensive work experience in product management roles. Naufalino Fadel currently works at Bibit.id as the Product Manager Lead, where they lead a tribe responsible for various domains and supervises other product managers. Naufalino Fadel has successfully introduced innovative features such as Instant Redemption for mutual funds, resulting in significant growth of the mutual fund's assets under management (AUM) and driving financial inclusivity by enabling investment account openings for unbanked users. Naufalino also revamped the registration journey, leading to an increase in registration rates.

Prior to their current role, Naufalino served as a Product Manager at Bibit.id and Associate Product Manager at Traveloka. At Traveloka, they were responsible for managing and developing the display and recommendation platform, driving initiatives to increase click-through rates (CTR) through personalized recommendations, and improving business agility with on-the-fly customizable pages in the app. Naufalino Fadel also co-founded Neurafarm, where they built precision farming technology and launched a mobile app called Dr. Tania to help farmers diagnose crop diseases. The app gained adoption from thousands of farmers within the first 6 months of launch. As the CEO/COO of Neurafarm, Naufalino managed various aspects of the business, including strategy, fundraising, hiring, market research, product development, and accounting.

Prior to Neurafarm, Naufalino held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Scientia Indonesia and worked as an Electrical Engineer at Parametrik RnD and as a Drone Developer at Aeroterrascan.

Naufalino Fadel Hutomo has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Institut Teknologi Bandung. Naufalino Fadel also participated in a Non Degree - Summer Programme focused on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the National University of Singapore. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Accounting Fundamentals from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in October 2020.
