Wulan Ramadhani

Wulan Ramadhani is a professional with diverse experience in customer service, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Lead KYC Specialist at Bibit.id since February 2021, Wulan previously held the role of KYC Specialist at the same company. Earlier professional experiences include working as a Front Desk Administrator at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang and founding an online food shop called Delicieux.kitchen where social media management, product design, and order preparation were key responsibilities. Wulan has also worked as a Customer Service Administrator at PT Mitufaya Ritel Indonesia and as a Back Office Employee at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Additionally, an international internship was completed as an English Language Teacher at sukansat wittaya school in Thailand, focusing on educating students with limited English proficiency. Wulan holds a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University Of Muhammadiyah Malang, completed in 2020.
