Nicole Thornton, PHR, SHRM-CP has a vast experience in human resources, with roles ranging from HR Manager to Recruiter. Currently, Nicole holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Bible League International, overseeing HR policies and procedures. Prior to this, Nicole worked at IBM as a Staffing Consultant, CMD And Associates Executive Search as a Senior Recruiter, and Prairie State College as a Recruiting Coordinator.
