Jillian Rachal has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jillian started their career at J&L Teamworks, where they held positions as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, and eventually an Account Manager. Following that, they worked at the County of San Joaquin as a Commission Clerk, overseeing administrative functions and supporting public officials. Jillian then joined Act-On Software, Inc. as a People Programs Manager, where they focused on HR strategic objectives and fostering a positive work environment. Jillian later joined Imperfect Produce as a People Business Partner, overseeing HR objectives and employee relations. At Chegg Inc., Jillian worked as an HR Manager and a Culture, Belonging, & Diversity Business Partner, where they focused on aligning business objectives and promoting diversity and belonging efforts. Currently, Jillian holds the position of Director of People at BibleProject, where they continue to develop and implement HR strategies to support employee performance and uphold company values.

From 2020 to 2022, they attended Grand Canyon University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication.

Prior to that, from 2006 to 2014, they attended San Joaquin Delta College and earned an Associate's degree in Social Sciences & Humanities.

In addition to their formal education, they also acquired additional certifications. In January 2022, they became a Credly Client Advisory Board Member after obtaining the relevant certification from Credly. In May 2021, they completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate program offered by USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
