Steven Runge

Steven Runge currently serves as Scholar-in-Residence and Macula Product Director at Biblica, a position held since August 2023. Steven is also the owner of Everyday Exegesis and has been a Senior Research Associate at the John W Wevers Institute for Septuagint Studies at Trinity Western University since April 2020. Previous roles include Scholar-in-Residence at Clear Bible and Research Associate at Northwest Baptist Seminary, alongside a long tenure at Lexham Press as both Academic Editor and Scholar-in-Residence. Runge's academic background includes a DLitt in Biblical Languages from Stellenbosch University and an MTS from Trinity Western University, supported by a BA in Speech Communication from Western Washington University. Additionally, past experience includes a decade as a self-employed general contractor, providing financial flexibility for academic pursuits.
