Rachel van den Hoogen

Rachel van den Hoogen currently serves as Directeur bestuurder at Biblionet Groningen since March 2019. Additionally, Rachel holds the position of Lid raad van toezicht at Accare since March 2021 and serves as Secretaris for Stichting Samenwerkende POI's Nederland until September 2024. Rachel's prior roles include member of the Raad van Commissarissen at Christelijke Woningstichting Patrimonium until June 2024 and at Rabobank Drachten Noordoost Friesland until July 2020, as well as member of the raad van toezicht for Bibliotheken Noord Fryslân until July 2019. Rachel also has extensive experience as directeur/bestuurder at M.O.S. Maatschappelijke Onderneming Smallingerland until February 2019 and held multiple positions on various boards, including ROS Friesland and Tjallinga Hiem. Rachel van den Hoogen earned a degree in Personnel Sciences from Tilburg University from 1987 to 1992.
