Neveen Nagy Eid

Neveen Nagy Eid has been a dedicated professional in the field of library services since 2008, currently serving as the Website and Smart Applications Coordinator and previously as the Principal of Website and Virtual Reference Services at Bibliotheca Alexandrina. Promoted to Senior Reference Librarian in 2012, Neveen has also held the role of Statistics Coordinator until 2016. In 2023, Neveen briefly worked as a Reference Services Senior Specialist and Reference Librarian at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, leveraging a prestigious Mariana Tax Choldin fellowship at the Mortenson Center for International Library Programs. Earlier experiences include editing and proofreading at DAR Al Tarjama and teaching English at TES. Neveen holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language from the University of Alexandria, ranked third in the alumni, and a Diploma in Islamic Studies from the Islamic Cultural Center.
