Benoit Wyckaert

Benoit Wyckaert has extensive experience in the technical support and IT development sector, currently serving as Product Expert Europe at Bibliotheca since March 2007. In this role, Benoit manages technical support operations at multiple levels and oversees project management while also providing pre-sales support. Previous positions include software and network support at Identag and administrative roles at Mairie de Renescure, where Benoit contributed to the website development and documentation cataloging for the library. Benoit holds a DUT in Telecommunications and Networks from IUT de Béthune and a Baccalauréat in Science with a focus on biology and chemistry from Lycée et collège privé St Jacques Hazebrouck.
