Elitsa Beltchev

Elitsa Beltchev is an accomplished Operations Project Manager at Bibliotheca, overseeing operations in France, BeNeLux, and Central Europe since February 2014. Prior to this role, Elitsa provided freelance consulting for Bulgarian companies in France between 2009 and 2014, managing international development, organization, management, public relations, and negotiation assistance. Additional experience includes positions as a Project Manager at Technical Consumer Products and Strategic Accounts for Hewlett-Packard, along with roles in sales and performance management at Fauchon and Heppner. Elitsa also contributed to the Association of Bulgarian Students in France as a board member. Elitsa holds advanced degrees in International Business from Université Paris Dauphine and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, alongside undergraduate qualifications in International Economics and Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
