Lisa Kölker

Lisa JK is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in social enterprises with a focus on cultural conservation, sustainability, and community upliftment. As Creator and CEO of the Regenerative Fashion Collaborative Exchange (ReFaCE) since April 2022, Lisa addresses the environmental impacts of the fashion industry, particularly in Africa. Lisa founded Swahili Coast Culture, dedicated to the preservation of Swahili culture, and Baossence, which creates baobab-based wellness products while supporting local communities. Additional contributions include serving as a Board Member for the Kenya Coast Tourist Association and holding the position of Experiential Officer at Jumuiya ya Kaunti za Pwani. Lisa's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from McMaster University and a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
