Jamie Penders

Jamie Penders is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Klantadviseur at Bibliotheek Helmond-Peel since April 2023. In addition, Jamie hosts the Once Upon A Taste Podcast and is a food blogger and content developer for Tales of Pastry. Prior roles include positions such as Sourdough Baker at Pig & Rye, Sales/Hostess/Cook at Pinkie Patisserie, and various roles at KTBA a Mérieux NutriSciences Company, including Labeling Specialist and Commercial Assistant. Jamie has also completed internships at Dr. Oetker and Dr Feelgood Ltd focused on product development. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Innovation from HAS green academy and a course certificate in Food Journalism from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
