Christa Prior Nordbirk

Christa Prior Nordbirk is an experienced leader in product development and design, currently serving as Head of Product Development at BIBS since May 2024, where skills in structure and team leadership are applied across multiple functions. Previously, at Birger Christensen Collective from May 2022 to May 2024, Christa led process development and facilitated cross-functional execution. As Head of Design Studio and Creative Lab at Ganni A/S from April 2018 to December 2021, focus was on creative excellence and team dynamics, after earlier managing the design team as Technical Design Manager. Christa's career began at Roland Mouret and SPENCER HART SAVILE ROW LIMITED, where expertise in technical design and production was developed. Christa holds a project management degree from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding and completed a Fashion Leadership Training/Coaching Programme in Organizational Leadership.
