Nathalie Chotprom Rostgaard is an experienced professional in customer service and digital management, currently serving as a Customer Service Coordinator at BIBS since May 2022. Previously, Nathalie worked as a Customer Service Agent at H&M and held the position of E-commerce/Digital Manager for Scandinavia at SEPHORA, where responsibilities included managing daily administrative tasks and order handling for the company's e-store. Earlier experiences include a Social Media Intern role at Sandrew Metronome, where strategies were developed for client social media profiles, and a Loréal Ambassador for RelationMedia A/S, focusing on marketing strategies and customer engagement. Nathalie began the career at Deichmann Danmark as a Sales Assistant, handling customer service and administrative duties. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Business Communication and English from Aalborg University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, complemented by a transfer study at San Diego State University.
