Ulrich Venge

Ulrich Venge has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ulrich began their career at Danske Bank as a student employee in 2003. In 2008, they interned at Morgan Stanley, where they assisted with financial analysis and budgeting. From 2010 to 2011, Ulrich worked as a Student Assistant at Novozymes Finance Accounting & Payroll.

In 2011, Ulrich joined EY Denmark as a Consultant in the Transaction Advisory Services department, specializing in operational and financial restructuring. Ulrich later became a Senior Consultant, focusing on restructuring, growth strategies, and credit advisory. In 2013, Ulrich joined Deloitte as an Assistant Manager, leading operational restructuring and merger projects.

Ulrich's experience also includes working as a Management Consultant at Tandlægerne Venge, a family-owned dental clinic, where they played a key role in improving operations and management through rebranding and marketing efforts.

In 2017, Ulrich joined Norden CEF A/S | Børsnotering & Finansiel Matchmaking as the Chief Operating Officer. Ulrich was responsible for strategic leadership, business development, and financial reporting. Ulrich also served as a Certified Advisor, ensuring successful IPO processes.

Most recently, Ulrich worked as the Group Finance Manager at Copenhagen Coffee Lab from 2022 to 2023. In this role, they managed financial operations for the coffee roastery, wholesaler, and cafe chain operating across Europe.

Currently, Ulrich holds the position of Head of Accounting at BIBS since 2023.

Ulrich Venge holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting, which they obtained from Copenhagen Business School between 2009 and 2011. Prior to their Master's degree, Ulrich completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration at the same institution from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, in 2007, they participated in a 6-month Student Exchange Program at Università Bocconi, where they studied Marketing and Macroeconomics.
