Baue Carranza

Baue Carranza is a Senior Legal Counsel at BIC as of April 2023, previously serving as Legal Counsel at Huawei from November 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included monitoring, negotiating, and reviewing various agreements and legal documents across multiple departments, along with conducting legal analyses to mitigate risks associated with new laws. Prior to Huawei, Baue Carranza was a Legal Intern at Lockton México from December 2017 to November 2019. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate and Business Law obtained from Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán in September 2022 and a Law degree from the same institution, completed in 2020.
