Chester Twigg

Chester Twigg is an experienced commercial leader currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at BIC since January 2020. Prior to this role, Chester held the position of Global Chief Customer Officer at Johnson and Johnson from January 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing a sales organization of over 8000 professionals. Chester’s extensive career at Procter & Gamble spanned from 1993 to January 2016, with roles including Vice President for the Global A.S. Watson Customer Team and Vice President of Sales for Global Baby, Feminine Care, and Family Care categories. Additional experience includes leadership positions in customer business development in China and sales and marketing in India. Chester began the career with Godrej Soaps Private Limited, where responsibilities involved managing sales in challenging markets. Chester holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
