Erika Williams

Erika Williams is an experienced logistics and materials management professional with a solid background in coordinating transportation needs and supply chain strategies. Currently serving as a Traffic Administrator at BIC since August 2020, Erika focuses on managing transportation for BIC products, engaging with partners to optimize freight costs. Prior to this role, Erika worked at PerkinElmer, Inc. as a Traffic Administrator and Manager of Materials Management, overseeing material management strategies and leading a team to ensure efficient inventory control. Erika's tenure at Unilever spanned a decade in various logistics roles, including Logistics Operations Specialist and Regional Distribution Coordinator, where responsibility included managing finished goods deployment and supervising freight movements. Erika holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Central Connecticut State University and an MBA from the University of New Haven, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College.
