Geoffroy Bich

Geoffroy Bich is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the BIC company, currently serving as the VP of Business Development and Social Business Director since 2016. In this role, Geoffroy focuses on developing strategies for distributing products to economically disadvantaged areas while collaborating with social entrepreneurs. Prior to this, between 2008 and 2015, Geoffroy held various senior roles, including Director of B&D Category Lighters and General Manager for BIC's lighters in China, where Geoffroy successfully set up the first lighter factory in China and managed operations across multiple regions including Spain, France, and Brazil. Geoffroy's career with BIC began in 1989, progressing through diverse roles related to production and project management, including overseeing significant projects such as the opening of the first BIC factory in China and conducting comprehensive market research for industrial structures.
