Ion - Ioannis Antonakis

Ion - Ioannis Antonakis is an experienced Intellectual Property Specialist currently working at BIC since June 2020, focusing on patent portfolio management and supporting the lifecycle of patents. Ion has held various roles at BIC, including New Technology Manager and Invention & Research Engineer, contributing to innovative projects and M&A activities. Prior experience includes work as an Electronic and Electrical Engineer in his own enterprise and within the Hellenic Army, where Ion developed systems for military applications. Ion holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and has co-founded the university’s Hyperloop society, engaging in innovative transportation technologies.
